About the event

This 30-day Challenge is going to change your life. will level up the foundations of your emotional intelligence skills - the gateway to self-awareness, self-control, impulse control, and reality testing (objectivity)!

Self mastery helps you to create a better, happier life by laying a strong foundation in controlling your internal thoughts, enriching your life by increasing your ability to be present and maintain control of your impulses that make you feel out of control; perhaps even feeling powerless to your emotions.

Through guided exploration, self-discovery exercises, daily practices, the latest in positive psychology, and impactful exercises, you will increase your skills in self-mastery so that...

You will strengthen your mindset to limit negativity and harmful thinking.

You will manage impulses and avoid rash decision making.

You will manage your emotions and avoid rubbing others the wrong way with outbursts and a lack of control.

You will increase your state of wellbeing and experience greater happiness, meaning and fulfillment.

You will decrease levels of stress and overwhelm.

You will elevate your emotional awareness and management skills.


ONBOARDING occurs the week of January 29th..

CHALLENGE begins Monday February 5th, 2024 and ENDS Friday March 8th, 2024.

This challenge is self-paced - on your own time, at your own pace, throughout the 30-days.

The Challenge content is released via the APP through

  • Weekly lesson - a Coach-led video in the 'classroom' that guides you through learning about your emotional intelligence and completing self-discovery exercises
  • Coach-led tips to guide you through habits, practices and how to be successful
  • Daily inspiration for that extra daily boost to motivation

Completing the Challenge on your own time ensures you spend enough time to learn-explore-practice-and develop skills that have meaning for you. 

The community/social wall, daily gratitude and personal journal all provide tools to enhance your experience and increase success. 

Just in time coaching from Teresa Quinlan accelerates your skill development and encourages individualized breakthroughs throughout the Challenge.

The Challenge APP is fun, accessible, at your fingertips, and available to use via your mobile device, tablet or laptop!
