This BUNDLE opportunity is going to change your life.

Self mastery helps you to create a better, happier life in which you are in control...self-regulating...mastering impulses...aware of your emotions and taking control of them.

The skills of emotional self-awareness and impulse control, lay a strong foundation in controlling your internal thoughts, enriching your life by increasing your ability to be present and maintain control of emotional impulses.

In 5-days you will begin to notice...

Improved mindset...limiting negativity and harmful thinking

Improved management of impulses and rash decision making

Decreased emotional outbursts and a lack of control

And once these 5-days are completed, you will roll right into 30-days for Wellbeing; a program that focuses on 4 emotional intelligence skills that help you build stronger resilience, intentional decision making (what you say yes to and what you say no to), greater harmony in your relationships, and a stronger, more positive mindset.

Within 30-days you will have developed the skills for a lifetime of wellbeing:

When these 4 skills are combined, you are the master of your happiness, resilience, stress managment, and the quality of your relationships with intentional actions that resonate with you!

IMPORTANT DATES

SELF-MASTERY:

ONBOARDING occurs the week of April 24, 2023.

PROGRAM BEGINS on Monday May 1, 2023.

PROGRAM ENDS on Wednesday May 10, 2023.

WELLBEING:

ONBOARDING occurs the week of May 1, 2023.

PROGRAM BEGINS on Monday May 8, 2023.

PROGRAM ENDS on Wednesday June 7, 2023.

MASTERCLASS sessions are optional and LIVE via ZOOM on:

Friday May 12, Thursday May 18, Friday May 26, and Friday June 2 from 1:15-2pm EST.

These programs are self-paced - on your own time, at your own pace (with the exception of optional attendance to the masterclasses listed above).

The content is made available to you via the APP platform and all that is required of you is 10-minutes a day to complete:

  • Coach-led videos
  • Guided exercises
  • Guided practices
  • Daily inspiration

Completing the Challenge on your own time ensures you spend enough time to learn-explore-practice-and develop skills that have meaning for you. 

A community wall, daily gratitude, and personal journal all provide tools to enhance your experience and increase success.
