About the event

For far too long you've been accepting 'meh, fine, alright, okay'.

Accepting these as the norm. Perhaps even accepting that this is as good as it might get.

I'm here to tell you that. is. nonsense.

You are more than just fine.

Within emotional intelligence, there are 4 skills that contribute to your well-being. 

In this 30-day program you will be flexing your muscles to build these skills through exercises and practices related directly to your emotional intelligence. 

You will create habits and practices that result in noticeable changes to YOUR well-being. 

From fine to grateful, joyful, thoughtful, motivated, patient, kind, connected, centered, balanced.

Your minimum commitment is the power of 5: 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

ON YOUR OWN TIME...AT YOUR OWN PACE. When you want. Where you want.

Using proven emotional intelligence exercises and strategies, you will be focusing on:

Week 1 - Emotional self-awareness. What exactly am I feeling and how am I creating those emotions?

Week 2 - Self actualization. What does 'a meaningful life' mean to me and how do I create greater fulfillment?

Week 3 - Interpersonal relationships. How can I create greater harmony in my connections?

Week 4 - Self regard and Optimism. What's going on with my mindset and how can I curb the influence of my inner critic, judge, saboteur, and ego?

This challenge is ASYNCHRONOUS - online learning, IN AN APP-BASED PLATFORM, to complete at your pace throughout 30 days.

What you can expect, as a result of investing in yourself are:

- greater levels of emotional self-awareness

- increased levels of personal self-confidence and feelings of inner strength

- improved quality of relationships

- a more positive outlook on life (gratitude and abundance!)

Program CELEBRATION CEREMONY is on Thursday February 10th from 10:00-10:30am EST.

Do you want to advance your emotional intelligence skills faster?

You can do that by investing in the 4, weekly MASTERCLASS sessions on Friday from 11:00am-12:00pm EST.

Masterclass sessions occur on Friday January 14th, 21st, 28th, and February 4th.

The MASTERCLASS sessions are live via ZOOM.  This is where you receive group coaching to deepen the learning experience and ask your specific questions to customize the experience.

Masterclass 1: Emotional Self Awareness. In this masterclass session we will be deepening our understanding of emotions and our emotional vocabulary, identifying triggers to the nuances of amplifying emotional experiences. This will enable us to more readily identify emotional states from 'pebble-brick-boulder' with greater accuracy.    

Masterclass 2: Self-Actualization. In this masterclass session we will explore meaning and fulfillment through the lens of what it means to us. Plus we will examine the impact of others and how to develop our communication skills so that we can equally be a part of a community while honouring the self.    

Masterclass 3: Interpersonal Relationships. In this masterclass session we will put the microscope up to the 3 levels of our relationships; intimate, friends/family, community. You will be able to identify relationships that are helping you, relationships that are hindering you, and how to create greater harmony in those relationships that are important to you while letting go of one's that are not.    

Masterclass 4: Self-Regard and Optimism. In this masterclass session we take a dive into mindset as we navigate the skills of self-regard and optimism. As we examine these areas we will take a look at our PQ - positive intelligence - and identify our saboteurs contribution to our wellbeing.    

All Masterclass sessions will be recorded and distributed TO THOSE REGISTERED FOR THE MASTERCLASS SERIES.
