As an Executive coach and emotional intelligence expert with over 25 years of experience, Teresa Quinlan created "Find Your Fault" to name what no one else was saying: your biggest leadership problem is your unexamined emotional self.

Her story is not just theory, it's a mirror. She's been exactly where her clients are: triggered, blaming others, and spinning in analysis. Her framework was built through that fire, and now helps leaders everywhere transform theirs.

I didn't learn emotional intelligence from a textbook. I lived it.

Starting as a child growing up in an emotionally volatile home, my earliest instinct was self-blame. Then I shifted to blaming others. But neither brought me peace.

It wasn't until early adulthood, after years of emotional analysis, that I realized my power wasn't in assigning blame, but in claiming responsibility.

That realization became the foundation of my life's work.

My mission is to ignite emotionally intelligent leadership by guiding high-level executives to take radical personal responsibility for how they think, feel, and behave, transforming themselves and their teams from the inside out.
