R2R "5-day" CHALLENGE: from REACTIVE to RESPONSIVE

Being caught in hotheaded, impulsive, knee jerk reactions is a cycle that results in not feeling like yourself, feeling out of control, feeling as though your emotions are getting the better of you.

It's a challenge to break that pattern and what better what to do that than in a CHALLENGE designed specifically to support and encourage, educate and motivate, that provides the latest in positive psychology and socially driven technology, to do just that?!?

Your minimum commitment is the power of 5: 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Within emotional intelligence, Impulse control is the ability to resist or delay an impulse, drive, or temptation to act. Having this skill means avoiding rash behaviours and rash decision making.

Impulse control is such a powerhouse skill in emotional intelligence because it is the skill that enables us to create the space we need to be present in the moment to notice the path we don’t want to take, and course correct.

This challenge is all about learning how to develop the impulse control skill to break the patterns and show up as the BEST version of you.

Onboarding is Monday February 7th to Sunday February 13th.

Challenge is LIVE Monday February 14th.
