How much is your well being, powerful stress management strategies, worth to you?

As a leader of your life, your wellbeing impacts you and everyone around you.

It's vital, to your success, that you lead with the most powerful strategies for managing your wellbeing, your HAPPINESS!

This challenge gives you the opportunity to dig into that for 30-days, with a strong community to learn together, to share together, to excel together.

I'm so excited to welcome you to the EQ with TQ 30-day challenge.

Within emotional intelligence, there are 4 EQ skills that contribute to your well-being. 

In this 30-day challenge, I will be guiding you through exercises and practices related directly to these 4 skills so that, in 30 days, you’ve created habits and practices that result in noticeable changes to YOUR well-being. 

Now, 30-days is all about habit formation; starting to do this that contribute to your well-being while also stopping the things that are extracting from it.

Your commitment is the power of 5: 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week, 5 key areas.

1st area is daily gratitude; 

2nd areas is daily inspiration, wellbeing oath, and reflection of your EQ practices; 

3rd is the social sharing of your experiences on the win wall; 

4th area is Coach’s Corner where you get hot tips from me; 

and the 5th area is an in-depth coaching session to develop the 4 EQ skills that amp up your well-being

Now that’s not all this 30-day challenge offers. 

LIVE Q&A! There are weekly live sessions occurring on:

Friday March 19th (10-11am EST), March 26th, April 2nd and April 9th from 11am-12pm EST. Here we engaged together to discuss our emotional intelligence growth, you can ask any questions you have and gain deeper insights into your experience.

3 Special features include daily announcements to supercharge your focus, live sessions with me for open Q&A, and gamification!
