Learning to use a strong emotion, like anger, to positively benefit your relationships takes time and practice.

This 2-hour session will introduce you to the behind-the-scenes work to becoming aware of your anger, how you feel it, the spectrum and intensity of your expression, what sets you off (your triggers), THEN will lead you into creating proactive and in the heat of the moment strategies to GET A GRIP on your anger, PLUS cover how to articulate your anger in ways that strengthen the relationship and lead you toward the outcomes you want...for you...for them...for 'us'.
