About the Event
The Burnout Crisis...or so it's been called...has been experienced across the globe in record numbers.
Also known as overwhelm, anxiety, stress, worry, lack of motivation, 'meh', listlessness, depression, valley of despair...the result of burnout is the stuck-ness without any light at the end of the tunnel.
Those who are trying to operate in this space, find themselves behaving with toxicity like anger, frustration, irritation, unhealthy self-soothing, avoidance, desperation, and so many more unpleasant emotions.
The key to understanding burnout is mutliple fold and this Workshop series.
Part 1: Emotional Self-Awareness - getting in tune with your mood and the variables impacting your mood.
Part 2: Self-Actualization - identifying what is meaningful to you and setting actions to greater fulfillment.
Part 3: Stress Tolerance and Optimism - learning to build your energy reservoir to build a strong foundation against burnout.
Part 4: Interpersonal Relationships - development in awareness and skills for greater harmony in connections including how to set healthy boundaries.
This series consists of 4 sessions: March 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th from 2-3pm EST.
Within each session you will:
- learn exercises to development your emotional intelligence
- be given proven practices to strengthen your skill set
- engage in open-discussion and exploration
- learn the theory behind emotional intelligence
Every session is recorded and accessible until April 7th, 2 weeks after the final session.
Space is limited to 12 participants for a semi-private coaching experience.
