And through emotional self-awareness, in this 4 part series event, you will learn to use your emotional self-awareness to identify the ego, the impact it has on you, when it shows up, what it sounds like, and how it impacts those around you.

You will begin the journey toward dissolving the power of your ego while learning to understand it, by removing it's power, and by intentionally practicing how to identify the true self from the false.
