About the event
I'm so excited to welcome you to the EQ with TQ 30-DAY CHALLENGE!
Within emotional intelligence, there are 4 skills that contribute to your well-being and in this challenge, I will be guiding you through exercises and practices related directly to these skills so that, in 30 days, you’ve created habits and practices that result in noticeable changes to YOUR well-being.
Your commitment is the power of 5: 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
ON YOUR OWN TIME...AT YOUR OWN PACE. When you want. Where you want.
Using the lastest in positive psychology and proven emotional intelligence exercises and strategies, you will be focusing on:
Week 1 - Emotional self-awareness. What exactly am I feeling and how am I creating those emotions?
Week 2 - Self actualization. What does 'a meaningful life' mean to me and how do I create greater fulfillment?
Week 3 - Interpersonal relationships. How can I create greater harmony in my connections?
Week 4 - Self regard and Optimism. What's going on with my mindset and how can I curb the influence of my inner critic, judge, saboteur, and ego?
Using a gamified app based platform, you will earn points for completing tasks within the challenge for chances to win some great prizes - like 1:1 coaching and a deep dive into your EQ profile. This challenge is ASYNCHRONOUS - online learning to complete at your pace throughout 30 days.
What you can expect, as a result of investing in yourself are:
- greater levels of wellbeing...HAPPINESS!
- increased levels of personal self-confidence and feelings of inner strength

This challenge also includes 3 LIVE sessions on Friday July 9th and 23rd at 11am EST and August 4th at 11am EST.
