I'm so excited to welcome you to EQ with TQ: 30-DAY CHALLENGE for WELLBEING!
Within emotional intelligence, there are 4 skills that contribute to your well-being.Â
In this challenge you will be flexing your muscles to build these skills through exercises and practices related directly to your emotional intelligence.Â
In 30 days, you will create habits and practices that result in noticeable changes to YOUR well-being.Â
Your minimum commitment is the power of 5: 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week.
ON YOUR OWN TIME...AT YOUR OWN PACE. When you want. Where you want.
Using the lastest in positive psychology and proven emotional intelligence exercises and strategies, you will be focusing on:
Week 1 - Emotional self-awareness. What exactly am I feeling and how am I creating those emotions?
Week 2 - Self actualization. What does 'a meaningful life' mean to me and how do I create greater fulfillment?
Week 3 - Interpersonal relationships. How can I create greater harmony in my connections?
Week 4 - Self regard and Optimism. What's going on with my mindset and how can I curb the influence of my inner critic, judge, saboteur, and ego?
You will engage in this 30-day challenge through a gamified app based platform WITH a community of others, just like you, wanting to feel greater levels of wellbeing...of HAPPINESS.
You will earn points for completing tasks within the challenge for chances to win some great prizes - like 1:1 coaching! This challenge is ASYNCHRONOUS - online learning to complete at your pace throughout 30 days.
What you can expect, as a result of investing in yourself are:
- greater levels of emotional self-awareness
- increased levels of personal self-confidence and feelings of inner strength
- improved quality of relationships
- a more positive outlook on life (gratitude and abundance!)

This challenge also includes 4 LIVE sessions occurring every Friday during the challenge at 12 noon EST for 45 minutes AND a closing ceremonies celebration! Together we celebrate our insights, learnings, and successes while deepening the learning with open Q&A.
