About the event

This is a 30-day challenge is unlike any you've participated in before.

30-days focused on your well-being and the 4 emotional intelligence skills that relate directly to your happiness.

In 30-days you will dig into self-regard, self-actualizatoin, interpersonal relationships, and optimism.

Each week you receive:

1. Video based instructional exercise for the EQ skill of the week.

2. 3-Coaches Corner videos with quick tips and golden nuggets.

3. Daily GRATITUDE practice.

4. Daily Motivational quotes and Well-Being Oath. 

5. Daily check-in for practicing your EQ.

6. Daily WIN WALLS - social celebration of how you're succeeding and where you need support.

7. Special Announcements 

This gamified 30-day challenge results in:

- greater levels of wellbeing

- increased levels of personal self-confidence and feelings of inner strength

- improved quality of relationships

- a more positive outlook on life (gratitude and abundance!)

- decreased stress

Included in the 30-day challenge are 2 live ZOOM sessions with me:

- an open Q&A on Day 15 

- a recognition ceremony on Day 30

- 3 prizes for points earned during the challenge (100 points = 1 raffle ticket)
