Wellbeing and Performance are 2 peas in a pod.

The reciprocal nature of this close knit relationship means that each serves the other.

YET. We can often find ourselves in the tug of war between choosing. Wellness OR Peak Performance?

This program puts an end to that struggle.

When you are in states of wellness, your performance increases, often dramatically.

When your performance increases, your states of wellness increase, as positivity toward your own self-perception, relationships, growth, and mindset (aka optimism), elevate.

Within emotional intelligence, there are 4 skills that contribute to your well-being and hence, your performance.

In this 30-day program you will be flexing your muscles to build these skills through exercises and practices. 

You will create habits that result in noticeable changes to YOUR well-being and performance.

You will do this by utilizing the latest in positive psychology, and proven exercises to develop emotional intelligence skills that contribute directly to the difference in performance, proven time and again through scientific research, showing that individuals with higher EQ outperform their peers of equal IQ by 68%.

Your minimum commitment is the power of 5: 5 minutes a day, 5 days a week.

Ideal commitment to gain the most from this program is 15 minutes a day, 7 days a week, plus a 1 hour weekly masterclass.

ON YOUR OWN TIME...AT YOUR OWN PACE. When you want. Where you want.

Using tested emotional intelligence exercises and strategies, you will be focusing on:

Week 1 - Self actualization. DISCOVER: What are the things that are meaningful to you to challenge yourself, develop your strengths, and be in 'FLOW'? PRACTICE: Making decisions on how you spend your time so that you actively create wellness that feeds into peak performance.

Week 2 - Self-regard. DISCOVER: What is going on within your internal dialogue that is contributing to how you feel about your strengths and weaknesses? PRACTICE: Creating and shifting internal narrative that is grounded in objectivity and focuses on your attributes so that you flourish in change, challenges, and tough decisions.

Week 3 - Optimism. DISCOVER: What is the state of your 'filter' through which you see the world and how does that perspective impact your motivation and behaviours? PRACTICE: Grounding optimism in reality to avoid rose-coloured glasses or hyper-negativity, the detrimental extremes to performance, while creating a strong sense of accuracy and hopefulness in approaching life's challenges. 

Week 4 - Interpersonal relationships. DISCOVER: How do you create greater harmony in your relationships so that you successfully distribute stress, ask for help when needed, serve others, and access your community to rise with them? PRACTICE: Establishing boundaries so that your relationships flourish through all interactions and circumstances while acting as pillars for your sense of self and belonging.

What you can expect, as a result of investing in yourself are:

- greater levels of emotional self-awareness which reduces emotions being directives to your behaviours

- increased levels of personal self-confidence and feelings of inner strength giving you the drive to step into challenges

- improved quality of relationships with newly cultivated skills in communication, boundary setting, assertiveness, and saying 'no' or 'yes' when needed

- a more positive outlook on life (gratitude and abundance!) for intentional boosts to your joy meter

- decreased stress with added powerful strategies for stress management to lean into and through difficult life experiences

- increased emotional fortitude and resiliency to the stuff life throws your way

This program is delivered in 2 ways:

ASYNCHRONOUS learning, IN AN ONLINE PLATFORM, to complete at your pace throughout 30 days.

SYNCHRONOUS learning in the weekly MASTERCLASS via ZOOM.


Onboarding is the week of January 2, 2023.

Program content is LIVE Monday January 9, 2023.

MASTERCLASS sessions on Thursdays from 12:00am-1:00pm EST January 12th, 19th, 26th, and February 2nd.

The MASTERCLASS sessions are live via ZOOM.  This is where you receive group coaching to deepen the learning experience and ask your specific questions to customize the experience. 

All Masterclass sessions will be recorded and distributed if you are unable to attend.

I had the fortune of participating in Teresa's Well Being Challenge at the end of 2021. I love how the content was delivered in bite sized pieces with an overarching theme each week. The gamification of the app spurred me on and encouraged me to further engage with the other participants.
